Second-hand items (sold as-is)

All clothing is pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise. Items are sold as-is. We describe condition honestly and show real photos, but small signs of previous wear are normal for second-hand pieces.

Condition and pricing

The condition is reflected in the price — lower prices usually mean heavier wear, moderate prices indicate good condition, and higher prices reflect excellent quality pieces. Condition labels on each listing help you choose what suits your budget and expectations.

Photos and colours

We photograph items in natural light where possible. Screen settings may make colours look slightly different from real life. If colour is important, message us on WhatsApp before you buy.

Pricing in MWK

All prices are in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) unless we clearly say otherwise. Prices on the website are what we intend to charge at the time of listing, but we will confirm the final amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

Availability

Most items are one-of-a-kind. When something is sold, it is marked sold and removed from the live shop. Another customer may check out the same item at nearly the same time — if that happens, we will tell you quickly and help you pick something else if you like.

Meet-ups and delivery in Lilongwe

We are based in Lilongwe. Delivery, pickup, or a safe meet-up can be arranged on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Any transport cost or meeting point is agreed with you in advance — not hidden in the website price unless we say so on the listing.

Payment

Payment method and timing are agreed on WhatsApp (for example cash on delivery or cash at meet-up). Please do not send money to unknown numbers — use only the official WhatsApp contact shown on this website.

No long reservations

We cannot hold items for long periods without payment. A short hold may be possible if we agree on WhatsApp, but unpaid reservations may be released so another sister can buy the piece.
