Anambewe Kaunjika is a small second-hand ladies wear shop in Lilongwe. We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to run the website, help you shop, and reply on WhatsApp. This page explains what happens when you use kaunjika.com.

If you message us on WhatsApp or place an order, you choose what to share — for example your name, phone number, delivery area, and order details. We do not ask for unnecessary personal data on this website.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site (for example which pages are popular). Analytics only starts after you tap Accept & Continue on our cookie banner. We also use cookies or similar storage for things like your theme preference and shopping cart. WhatsApp contact
When you tap a WhatsApp link, you leave this website and chat with us in WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy rules. Please only share details you are comfortable sharing — we use them to answer questions, confirm orders, and arrange meet-ups or delivery in Lilongwe.
Cart and session storage
Items you add to your cart are saved in your browser (local storage) so you can continue shopping on the same device. We do not store your cart on a separate customer account database. Clearing browser data will empty your cart.
